Stipend:
The amount of stipend payable to apprentices per month will be as prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961/ 1973/ Apprentices Rules 1992 (as amended) and Corporation’s guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria For IOCL Recruitment 2020:
Educational Qualification:
Technician Apprentice - 3 years Diploma in the respective field from recognized Institute/University with minimum 50 % marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/ST candidates against reserved positions.
Trade Apprentice - Regular Full-time course in the respective field from any ITI recognized by NCVT / SCVT.
Trade Apprentice (Accountant) - Regular Full-Time Graduation degree in any field with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Institute/University.
Trade Apprentice (Data Entry Operator - Fresher Candidates) - Class XII or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Board/Institute.
Trade Apprentice (Data Entry Operator - Skilled Certificate Holder) - Class XII or its equivalent with Skill Certificate holder in ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Board / Institute.
Age Limit:
1. General / EWS candidates - Minimum 18 years and a maximum of 24 years as on 29.02.20.
2. Candidates must present mark sheet/ certificate issued by the Board of Secondary Education for passing Matriculation (Class X) examination in support of their age.
Relaxation in Upper Age limit
SC/ST candidates - 5 years
OBC (NCL) - 3 years
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) - up to 10 years irrespective of reservation of seats for them.
PwBD (SC/ ST) - 15 years
PwBD-OBC (NCL) - 13 years
