Vacancies:
Total 201 Vacancies. Post wise vacancies details are as follows-
English Teacher - 149.
Hindi Teacher - 19.
Urdu Teacher - 33.
Eligibility:
English Teacher -
(i) Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education duly approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
or
(ii) Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
or
(iii) Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education).
or
(iv) Graduation and two years Diploma in Elementary Education by whatever name known.
(V) In case of recruitment of Teacher (English), a candidate should have English as First Language all along till Higher Secondary or its equivalent or Honors in English or M.A in English.
Hindi Teacher -
(i) Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education duly approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
or
(ii) Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
or
(iii) Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education).
or
(iv) Graduation and two years Diploma in Elementary Education by whatever name known.
Urdu Teacher -
(i) Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education duly approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
or
(ii) Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)
or
(iii) Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education)
or
(iv) Graduation and two years Diploma in Elementary Education by whatever name known.
Age:
18-40 Yrs as on 01 Jan 20 (Relaxation as per Government Rules).
