NCERT RECRUITMENT 2020: National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), an apex organization for Educational Research, Teacher Training and Development of Curriculum and Instructional material in school education, has published a notification regarding recruitment for filling up 266 various academic positions under direct recruitment through an interview for its constituent units all over India.
Vacancies:
Total 266 Vacancies. Post wise vacancies details are as follows-
Professor - 38.
Associate Professor - 83.
Assistant Professor - 142.
Librarian - 01.
Assistant Librarian - 02.
Eligibility:
Professor -
Post-graduation in relevant field and Ph.D./M.A/M.Ed. in relevant field.
Associate Professor -
Post-graduation in relevant field and Ph.D./M.A/M.Ed. in relevant field.
Assistant Professor -
Post-graduation in relevant field and Ph.D./M.A/M.Ed. in relevant field
Librarian -
A Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed. At least ten years as Librarian at any level in University Library or ten years of teaching as Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science or ten years of experience as college librarian
Assistant Librarian -
A Master’s Degree in Library Science, Information Science or Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree, with at least 55% marks. A consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of Library. NET in the concerned subject.
Selection Process:
The selection process for the NCERT recruitment 2020 in various posts will be conducted through interviews for its constituent units all over India.
These posts are transferable amongst the constituent units of the Council located in Ajmer, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Mysore, Shillong and Delhi.
