Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has invites the online application form for 544 vcacancies of Principal, Head Master/ Head Mistresses, Block Primary Education Officer vacancies in the Department of School Education, Govt. of Punjab.The registration process has been started from 24.03.2020.The eligible candidates can apply online for the recruitment through the official website @www.ppsc.gov.in

Eligibility Criteria :
Principal :
1. Candidates must have passed Master’s Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce or Engineering in any stream with 50% marks (Gen) and 45% (reserve category) from a recognized university.
2. Candidates possess teaching experience for a minimum period of three years on the post of a teacher in any Government School under the control of the Director (Means Director of Public Instructions, Punjab)
3.Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard is essential.
Block Primary Education Officer:
1. Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree with minimum fifty per cent (50%) marks from a recognized university
2. Candidates must have two year Elementary Teacher’s Training course/two year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed) /Bachelor Degree in Education (B.Ed) from a recognized university.
3.Should possess teaching experience of working as Primary School Teacher for a minimum period of three years in any Government School under the control of the Director (Means Director of Public Instructions, Punjab).
4.Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard is essential.
Head Master/Head Mistresses:
1. Candidates must have passed Graduation with minimum fifty-five per cent (55%) marks from a recognized university with B.ed Degree
2.Should possess teaching experience for a minimum period of three years against the post of a teacher in any Government School under the control of the Director (Means Director of Public Instructions, Punjab)
3.Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard is essential.
Age Limit:
The age of the candidates should not be below 18 years and above 37 year of age as on 01.01.2020.
