The SSC CPO 2020 exam will be conducted for various posts such as Sub Inspector in Delhi Police, Sub Inspector in Central Armed Police Forces and Assistant Sub Inspector in Central Industrial Security Force.
Vacancies: Total 1564 Vacancies. Post wise Vacancies are as follows-
Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police (Male) - 91.
Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police (Female) - 78.
Sub-Inspector in CAPFs - 1395.
Important Dates:
The important dates for SSC CPO 2020 notification are given below:
Date of Notification - 17 Jun 20.
Closing date for receipt of application - 17 Jul 20.
Last for making online fee payment - 18 Jul 20.
Last date for offline challan - 20 Jul 20.
Admit Card of Paper-I - 7-10 days before the exam.
Paper-I - 29 Sep - 05 Oct 20.
Admit Card of Paper-II - 7-10 days before the exam.
Paper-II - 01 Mar 21.
Age:
20-25 Yrs as on 01 Jan 2021 (Relaxation as per Goverment Rules).
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s Degree must be completed from a recognised institute or equivalent (as on 01 Jan 21).
Selection Process 2020:
The selection process to get recruited via SSC CPO 2020 exam consists of 4 stages as given below:
1. SSC CPO Paper I.
2. SSC CPO PET/PST.
3. SSC CPO Paper 2.
4. SSC CPO Medical Examination.
How to apply for SSC CPO 2020?
1. For One-Time Registration, click on "Register Now‟ link provided in the "Login‟ Section onÂ
2. Enter the personal details, scanned photograph, signature and complete the registration process.
3. After completion of the registration process, the "Basic Details‟ can be changed only twice.
4. After registration, Login to online system through your Registration Number and password on the website of the Commission.
5. Click on Apply link for SSC CPO notification.
6. Enter the details in the space provided.
7. Preview and verify the information provided by you and submit the Application.
8. Proceed to make fee payment if you are not exempted from payment of a fee.
9. After the payment, application is successfully submitted, and it will be accepted "Provisionally".
10. Candidate should take a printout of the application form for their own records.
