Chest- 79.00 Cms (un-expanded) and 84.00 Cms (expanded) for those with height of 168.00 Cms and above.76.00 Cms (un-expanded) and 81.00 Cms (expanded) for those with lesser height.
Weight- Body weight shall be determined according to the Body Mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 29.5.
